In addition to being an educator and published author, Jennifer Reid is also an illustrator.
Her creative work focuses on positivity and ‘looking for the good’ in every situation.
Jennifer has worked in radio, banking and the health & beauty industry. Nowadays, when she’s not writing or drawing, she can usually be found dreaming of her next travel adventure.
After a breast cancer diagnosis in 2009, Jennifer decided life was way too short not to pursue her true creative passions.
Jennifer’s latest project is a colouring book, Courageous & Quirky – Colouring to Conquer Cancer, which was created after her own experience of art as therapy during her cancer treatment and recovery.
Endorsed by the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Courageous & Quirky promotes mindfulness and creativity for people going through cancer or other difficult life challenge. $1 from every book sold will go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation to help fund vital research.
